At Adore Visa, we strive to provide clear guidelines on our refund policy to ensure transparency and trust with our clients.

Non-Refundable Token Amount

The initial token amount paid by the client is non-refundable under any circumstances.

Refund on Based on Actual INR Amount Received

All refunds will be processed strictly based on the actual amount received in Indian Rupees (INR) in our bank account at the time of the original transaction. The company will not be responsible for any differences arising from currency conversion rates, international transaction fees, or fluctuations in exchange rates. The refund amount will reflect only the net INR amount credited to our account.

GST on Fees

GST associated with the Evaluation Fee and Signup Fee is non-refundable.

Consultation Fee Refund Process

Requests for a refund on the consultation fee will undergo an evaluation and decision process, which may take up to 60 days.

Evaluation Fee Refund

In the case of a negative report resulting from the initial evaluation, the Evaluation Fee is eligible for a refund.
